1. Introduction
This Paid Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Longwu Liang ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your purchase and use of the premium features ("Premium Service") within the chatwithlily (or "Lily") mobile application.
By clicking "Subscribe," "Purchase," or starting a free trial, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans to unlock advanced features (such as Voice Chat, Insight Reports, and unlimited Journaling):
- Monthly Subscription: Billed automatically every month.
- Annual Subscription: Billed automatically once every year.
Specific pricing is displayed on the payment page within the App at the time of purchase.
3. Free Trials
We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 3 days or 7 days) for new users.
Important: If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged.
You can cancel the free trial at any time in your device's settings to avoid being charged.
4. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Payment Method: Payments are processed securely via the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not store your credit card information directly.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
5. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel: You must cancel your subscription through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > chatwithlily.
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions.
Effect of Cancellation: Uninstalling the App or deleting your account DOES NOT cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel via the store settings.
If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
6. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
All sales are final. As Lily provides digital content and instant access to AI services, we do not offer refunds for partial use or accidental purchases.
Platform Discretion: Since payments are handled by Apple or Google, we strictly cannot issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple Support or Google Play Support and are subject to their respective refund policies.
7. Changes to Pricing and Services
We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance (usually via a system notification from Apple/Google). If you do not agree to the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Premium features at any time.
